Nicole Headding

Office Manager

Nicole was born in Nebraska, but moved to Minnesota at a young age. She has grown-up in the Lakeville area where she resides with her husband and two beautiful children.

With her experience in retail management Nicole runs a tight ship at Focused Eye Care. If you have any questions about insurance she will be more than willing to help you find the answers. She is also working on her certification with the American Board of Opticianry.

Brandt Luther

Optician

Brandt was born and raised in the southern suburbs of the Twin Cities but spent his adolescent years in Alexandria, MN before returning to the Metro Area for college. He has extensive experience in the customer service arena ranging from retail to the hospitality industry. He spent the two years prior to joining Focused Eye Care opening and managing health clubs across the Twin Cities. Brandt is currently working towards a earning a business management degree.

Kathy Mansheim

Vision Therapist

Kathy was born and raised in Minnesota. She studied psychology at Gustavus Adolphus. While working at Vision World she earned her American Board of Opticianry license.

After taking some time off to raise her family, Kathy returned to the work world at Target Optical for awhile. She is very thankful to be working at Focused Eye Care with Dr. Sollom and Nicole. She enjoys playing dress-up for a living by helping people find just the right pair of frames and lenses for their lifestyle. She is also in preparation as a trainer for Vision Therapy. Kathy currently resides in Burnsville with her husband, three children, four cats and a golden doodle.

Katrina Rowe

Insurance/Billing Specialist

Trina was born and raised in Lakeville and graduated from Lakeville High School. She attended the Medical Institute of Minnesota to study Veterinary Technology. Katrina spent ten years teaching in a daycare center and then after taking a break to raise her children moved on to manage a massage therapy clinic. Katrina enjoys spending her summers being outdoors and spending time up at the cabin. She resides in Lakeville with her husband and their children.

Ellen Tourdot

Optician

Ellen was born in Minnesota and grew up in Lakeville. After spending two and a half years at Minnesota State University–Mankato she transferred to the University of Minnesota where she graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Communication. During her senior year there she got involved in Students Today Leaders Forever (STLF). Through STLF Ellen was a participant of a Pay It Forward tour in 2008 which focused on service projects engaging in traveling leadership experience concentrating on service, education, and reflection. She had the opportunity to meet 43 remarkable individuals through this program that she will count as friends forever.

Ellen spent seven years working retail at Fashion Bug before joining the team at Focused Eye Care. Recently, her friends convinced her to make a drastic change and she ended up donating 15 inches of hair to Locks For Love. Ellen is an avid sports fanatic! You can find Ellen regularly at Chipotle and in her free time she loves spending time at Lifetime Fitness or with her friends, family, and golden retrievers, Sadie and Rollei.
